Zadar - city of cats. I've never seen this many cats within such a small area. There were at least 5 or 6 cats along the narrow alley to the apartment, people here must really love their cats!

Ponyo

One of my favourite scene in Ponyo. Hayao Miyazaki is well known for his imaginative work but to me he is always the master at depicting every day life. It is amazing to see how he portraits all of his character in such details, how carefully he observes and how much he sees life. This scene reminds me of the time I was living with my brother, sister and their children in its purest and sincerest. I remember thinking "I've been there, I've seen that" when I saw this, it is something I will always treasure. 

Everything was drawn by hand!
